When Autodesk’s leadership team wrapped up a day of intense strategic planning, they didn’t want to end with another PowerPoint or a usual dinner.

Gangandeep Singh, Director at Autodesk wanted something that was fun, informal, and a little out-of-the-box.
He had tried canvas painting in the US and he loved the experience. He wanted to give his team a similar experience. That’s when they reached out to us — and we knew exactly what to suggest: a private texture art workshop at Social, Indiranagar.

Social’s bold, buzzing interiors made the perfect backdrop for this creative unwind session. We arranged for high-quality wood panels, paints, and a setup that made the space feel more like a chic gallery than a workshop.
We focused on texture art — tactile, fun, and immersive. The leaders, some of whom hadn’t picked up a brush in decades, dove right in. It wasn’t long before jackets came off, sleeves rolled up, and people started laughing over shared palettes and artistic prowess.

The art workshop felt more like a reunion than a workshop.
There were no hierarchies, no formalities.
It’s these little moments that build real culture in leadership. Not the icebreakers. Not the annual reviews. But shared experiences, created together.
This Autodesk session reminded us why we do what we do — to create space for people to reconnect not just with each other, but with themselves.
