​We are a small business and we have kept the below guidelines in place to ensure a smooth and memorable experience for all our students. 

1. All classes at Art Beat are prepaid

2. Materials usage guidelines
   Sketching - Please use the pencil and stationery given to you. 
   Acrylics - Please use the brushes given to you. Please clean the palette after use so that it is ready for the students of the next batch.
   Watercolors - Please use the brushes given to you. Please clean the palette after use so that it is ready for the students of the next batch.

3. Cleaning of materials after use - Students should clean their Pallettes thoroughly after use.  

4. Course cannot be deffered to the next batch. You can only defer the course to the next batch if you inform 7 days before the start date of the class. 

5. These are group sessions. We do not offer 1:1 sessions. 

6. We offer FREE studio sessions for all our CFA students. These free studio sessions are unguided sessions where you can come down to the studio during the stipulated free studio session hour and complete your artwork, assignment, or practice at your own pace. You will have to check for availability of the studio session before hand in order to access the same. 

7. Please ensure you collect your joining kit, access to google classroom, attendance card when you join. 

8. Once you have completed the course, please collect your artwork. Any artwork abandoned after 30 days after the course completion will be recycled to create other art. 

9. No refunds on cancellation. Course is transferable only if the participant has not started attending the course. 

10. If you wish to give feedback at anytime during the course, please use the feedback QR code at the studio and drop in your suggestions.
