Full time: Growth Manager / Sales Manager (In-studio, HSR Layout)

About Art Beat: Art Beat is 13 years old Bangalore based fine arts academy. We are the highest rated art academy in Bangalore (5-star rated by 2300+ people on Google). We teach 20+ different mediums of art across short term courses, workshops, professional courses and kids classes. 

Mandatory requirement - You should be available to work full-time at our centres for a minimum of 1 year. Please do not apply if you are not available to work offline or if you are not available to work for 1 full year. 

 

We are looking for a passionate Sales Manager who can help us build a strong community of budding artists. Your core responsibility is to drive sales. If you are ambitious and self-driven, then you will be mentored to reach new heights! This is the role for you. 

Roles & responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Actively pitch and convert enquiries (walk-ins, website, and social media leads) into active student enrollments and workshop bookings. Revenue generation via inbound & outbound leads.

  • CRM Management: Maintain an organized database of leads, track conversion rates, and follow up systematically with potential clients.

  • Manage hiring: Screen candidates, interview them and set up interviews. 

  • Maintain, track, and optimize the sales funnel to improve overall conversion rates.

  • Actively monitor and respond to inquiries across WhatsApp and Instagram DMs with a warm, helpful, and prompt tone.

  • Manage and update our Google Business Listing (reviews, hours, updates) to ensure high local visibility.

  • Coordinate and schedule static posts on Instagram to maintain a steady flow of inbound leads.

  • Use Canva to design clean, attractive posters and creatives for upcoming workshops, classes, and sales offers.

  • Periodically update brochures, flyers, and website details to ensure all pricing, schedules, and course information are perfectly up to date.

  • Actively collect feedback from current students and workshop participants to help the academy maintain high-quality standards and boost re-enrollments.

  • Manage data of students, revenue, vertical wise information that will help the business. 

  • Added advantage if you can take videos & edit them for socials. 

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Must be a graduate - Any background

Excellent communication skills

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, customer relationship management,

Hands-on experience with Microsoft excel/word/Google sheet/Google docs

Prior experience in sales & business development is preferred

Benefits

Working hours - Monday to Saturday 11 am to 7 pm. Sunday holiday.

Salary range

Relevant experience 20k to 25k per month. Plus incentives.

Salary structure:

We have a simple and rewarding salary structure. All of the employees/team members including teaching staff, sales team, admin team, etc all have a fixed plus rewarding structure. This structure is based on values such as Ownership, Engagement, Customer Obsession, Timeliness, etc.

Growth Manager (Sales)

As a Sales Manager at an art academy, your primary role is to drive revenue through sales. You will also be responsible for the administration of day-to-day activities.

 

You will be reaching out to all the leads on the website, communicating to customers, managing upcoming batches, finance, etc.
