About Art Beat: Art Beat is a 5-star rated Art School in JP Nagar 7th Phase, Bangalore. Our unique curriculum uses technology & art to teach kids. We are currently hiring Art Teacher at our centre in HSR & JP Nagar, Bangalore.

Mandatory requirement - You should be available to work full-time at our centre for a minimum of 1 year. Please do not apply if you are not available to work offline or if you are not available to work for 1 full year.

Roles & responsibilities

Teach kids from different age groups as per the art school curriculum both Online & Offline.

Plan and prepare worksheets, and access the art worksheet online on Google classroom.

Share periodic feedback to kids about their artwork. 

Teach allocated students by planning their teaching to achieve progress as per the curriculum.

Providing clear structures for lessons maintaining pace, motivation and challenge.

Ensuring effective teaching and the best use of available time.

Should know how to shoot instructional videos & engage kids in the online class. 

Maintaining discipline in accordance with the school's procedures and encouraging good practice with regard to punctuality, behaviour, standards of work.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

You should be available to work full-time at our centre for a minimum of 1 year.

Needs to have a background in Art/Fine Arts. Self-taught artists are also welcome. 

Looking for full-time art teachers.

Excellent communication skills

Prior experience in an Art school or a pre-school is a plus.

Benefits

Working hours - Monday to Saturday 11 am to 7 pm. Alternate Sunday will be working.

Alternate Sundays are working. Monday will be the compensatory off if they work on a Sunday.

Salary range

Relevant experience 16k to 19k per month for offline roles

Relevant experience 15k to 17k per month for online roles

​

Fresher/no teaching experience/not artist background - 13k to 16k per month for offline (assistant art teacher role)

Salary structure:

We have a simple and rewarding salary structure. All of the employees/team members including teaching staff, sales team, admin team, etc all have a fixed plus rewarding structure. This structure is based on values such as Ownership, Engagement, Customer Obsession, Timeliness, etc.
