Our primary approach is to offer safe and structured activities in age-appropriate environments where children are encouraged to learn, play, explore and discover. Our aim is to help each child realize his or her hidden potential that appears enveloped even after attending school.
We are looking for a passionate Centre head who can help us build a strong community of budding artists. The centre head role is a leadership role that will have multiple people reporting to this person.
Roles & responsibilities

Manage and run the Art School. Counsel and overall management of the Center including day to day activities.

Support teachers with curriculum planning and coordination

Manage communication and interaction with parents to address the child/student’s progress or address any other queries/grievances, responsible for end to end interaction with parents for new admissions.

Manage and monitor implementation of the resource allocation process, inventory management, roaster for teachers, etc at the Art School.

Creating a supportive work environment for the staff and students in the school.

Work allocation for all employees at the school including teachers, assistant teachers, housekeeping staff, etc. Manage staff as per the process set by the management.

Ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality teaching and maintenance of the school's standard. Art has consistently been the top rated (5 star rated) art school in Bangalore.

Manage complete administration - book of accounts, invoicing, stock and inventory along with managing finance & training for the staff.

Periodic updates to customers, parents, students about the classes, course materials, etc.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Must be a graduate - Any background
Good communication skills
Must be good at maintaining rapport and interpersonal skills
Hands on experience with Microsoft excel/word/Google sheet/Google docs
Prior experience in a PreSchool or any school is a plus
Must have a smart phone
